When the photos do not develop the film is too slow at 200 or the photographer moved too quickly or the light not strong enough or, if none of these, it was simply a bad roll.
When the film is ISO 400 from a different company and the photographer’s hands steady and the lighting deliberately strong and positioned just so — except for those few frames from inside a moving vehicle — and the photographs still fail to develop, it is the camera.
Or, as is possible, the bastards stole my photos.
